This picture was taken on 12-29-2013 @ 11:51 am. When it rains it floods the road and this is not acceptable. This has been going on for years from what other owners have told me. And going on 3 years now I have witnessed it. Well, now I have had enough. This problem needs resolved and not just a quick fix.
