For the second time in a week, a Fredericksburg volunteer had a credit card stolen while on the job.
Between March 8 and March 10 someone took a debt card from a volunteer at Moss Clinic on Sam Perry Boulevard. The debt card was stolen from the volunteer's purse that had been left in a locker room. The Fredericksburg Police Department does not have any suspects.
- American Floor Service, 614 Wolfe St, 3/9 – 3/12 8:30 am. The business owner reported that the windshield was broken on a company vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
- America’s Best Value Hotel, 2802 Plank Rd, 3/12 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. A visitor reported that items were stolen from his duffel bag, which had been left unsecured while he attended an interview. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
- 1000 block Heritage Park, 3/13 12:45 am. A resident reported that he looked out his window and saw three male subjects around his vehicle in the parking lot. When he went outside, the three suspicious males took off running, and the victim found that the driver’s door lock and ignition on his Dodge Intrepid had been damaged. The victim was unable to provide any descriptions of the suspects other than they were all males wearing dark clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
