Theft
On 5/11/14, Deputy Arndt arrested Christopher Bowers, 29 of Spotsylvania for Grand Larceny after he stole a jackhammer from the back of a pickup truck in the parking lot of Wal-Mart.
On 5/7/14, Deputy Papke arrested Clarence Latney Jr., 21 of Fredericksburg for Felony Shoplifting at the Giant in Harrison's Crossing.
On 5/6/14, Deputy Setlock released Stephen Jandrosits, 24 and Jeremiah Seco, 18 both of Spotsylvania on summonses for Shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
Assault
On 5/11/14, Deputy Fuller arrested Jerry Dotson, 53 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery in the 11200 block of Gander Ct.
On 5/8/14, Deputy Papke arrested Sean Keller, 38 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery on Norwick Ln.
On 5/6/14, Sr. Deputy Tillman arrested Kerry Babcock, 25 of Spotsylvania for
Assault and Battery over a dispute.
On 5/5/14, Deputy B. Harding arrested Blake Calabrese, 29 of Fredericksburg for
Malicious Wounding.
