Auto Shop Fakes Repairs

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2011

FRAUD:

Strickly Business Auto Repair, 1919-B Princess Anne St, Oct. 25 10:00 a.m. The victim reported that he dropped his car off for repairs sometime in April 2011 and the owner of the business submitted an invoice to the victim’s warranty company to collect funds for repairs that have not completed to this date. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Fredericksburg Regal Cinemas, 3301 Plank Rd, Oct. 25 11:15 p.m. The victim reported that when she returned to her vehicle she noticed several items from the interior of her vehicle were missing to include a camera, GPS and books. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

200-block McKinney St, Oct. 25 11:50 a.m. The victim reported damage to the front door of the residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Quarles Petroleum, 1701 Fall Hill Ave, Oct. 25 1:30 p.m. The victim reported someone scratched markings in her driver’s side door while she was at work. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:

Henry Boyd, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested on an outstanding warrant from New York, NY for armed robbery/home invasion.

Juvenile, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Sarah Brown, 36, of Stafford was arrested for felony larceny.

Dominique Thomas, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Matthew Henry, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for malicious wounding.

Dennis Washington, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and possession of cocaine.
