Car Stolen After Keys Left Inside

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2011

LARCENY:

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 11/21 10:30 am. A student reported that his iPod was stolen from a locker room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

400 block William St, 11/16 – 11/21 10:20 am. A resident reported that her laptop computer was stolen from her unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Railroad Ave, 11/21 8:15 pm. A resident reported that her vehicle was stolen from her home after she left the keys inside it. The vehicle was later found wrecked and abandoned in Spotsylvania County. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Kenneth Griffin, 28, of Orange was arrested on a warrant from Orange charging him with failure to appear in court and on a warrant from Loudoun charging him with possession of cocaine.

Nicole Cottom, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

David Washington, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Chesterfield charging him with felony larceny and failure to appear in court.
