Police respond to six larcenies, five reports of vandalism and make 15 arrests over the weekend.

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, APRIL 18, 2011

LARCENY:

2700 block Princess Anne St, April 10 – April 12 1:00 p.m. A resident reported that a hub cap and lug nuts were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Old Walker Grant School, 200 Gunnery Rd, April 12 3:00 p.m. A juvenile reported that his cell phone was stolen during lacrosse practice. The investigation is ongoing.

Outback Steakhouse, 2941 Plank Rd, April 15 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A patron reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse, and her credit cards were later used to make purchases at various area businesses. The investigation is ongoing.

100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, April 11 9:00a.m. – April 16 11:25 p.m. A resident reported that a game system and bags of clothing were stolen from his apartment. The investigation is ongoing.

Sheetz, 2001 Carl D Silver Pkwy, April 17 10:00a.m. – 10:30a.m. A Maryland resident reported that his wallet was stolen while he was pumping gas, and his credit cards were later used to make purchases at area stores. The investigation is ongoing.

3000 block Normandy Ave, April 17 9:45 p.m. A resident reported that his bicycle was stolen from outside the house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

700 block Cornell St, April 1 – April 15 9:00 p.m. A property manager reported that graffiti was found spray painted on a rear exterior wall. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block William St, April 17 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that graffiti was found spray painted on an exterior wall of the old Fredericksburg Hardware building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1300 block Royston St, April 15 5:00 p.m. – April 16 7:00a.m. A resident reported that the exterior lamp at the end of her walkway was broken off its base. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Brent St, April 15 11:30 p.m. – April 16 9:40a.m. A resident reported that several small trees were uprooted and laid across the sidewalk. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Veterinary Office, 1301 Central Park Blvd, April 18 1:20a.m. An employee reported that she looked out the window and saw the door to her vehicle open and a male subject inside the car. When the victim confronted the subject, he ran from the scene. There was nothing stolen from the vehicle, but a dashboard decoration had been broken. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

DUI ARRESTS:

Karla Rodriguez, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 900 block of Sophia St.

Willie Moore, 37, of Stafford was arrested in the 1500 block of Princess Anne St.

Melissa Hennessey, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 400 block of Hansen Ave.

Matthew McCoy, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1200 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.

ARRESTS:

Carlena Bishop, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Nathan White, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.

Mark Flanagan, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Guillermo Rodriguez Perez, 43, of Springfield was arrested for posting advertisements on public property.

Olga Deza, 46, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Harold Turnbull, 52, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.

Christian Wells, 21, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Christopher Hurley, 21, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Felipe Genao Rodriguez, 37, of Stafford was arrested for operating a business without a city license.

Katherine Schoonover, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and for possession of schedule III narcotics.

Cara Millsap, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for defrauding a taxi driver.C
