City Police Blotter: Spice Stolen From Store, Driver Rams Police Cruiser

The following items come from the Fredericksburg Police Department. In incidents where arrests are made, charges are merely an accusation and not evidence of guilt. Arrested individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

A Fredericksburg police cruiser was rammed yesterday night during a traffic stop, and a downtown convenience store was robbed of its "Spice", a synthetic product which mimics a marijuana high when smoked. Police also arrested three people for credit card fraud at a local Radio Shack.
