Also, apartment door busted in for electronic equipment and vandalism at the Thurman Brismben Center, according to Fredericksburg Police Department.

You aren't the only one wondering when the weather will warm up. Apparently, thieves want to make sure they stay warm, too.

The foreman of a Fredericksburg construction site in the 1400 block of Carl D. Silver Parkway reported that a generator had been stolen from the site between the afternoon of Friday, Jan. 24, and Tuesday morning, Jan. 28. There are no suspects or witnesses, according to a Fredericksburg Police Department release.

Two other incidents were reported. An unknown person kicked in the door of an apartment in the 600 block of Wolfe Street during the day Wednesday and stole various electronic items, according to police.

Vandalism was reported Wednesday evening outside the Thurman Brisben Center, 471 Central Road. A visitor told police that an unknown person damaged a window on his vehicle.
