When sheriff's deputies responded to 4532 Plank Rd. shortly after midnight on Jan. 1, Glenwood Cupid, 33 was found lying unconscious on the floor inside the club.
"Mr. Cupid was transported to Mary Washington Hospital, where he remained in a coma until he died on January 4," said Sheriff's Office spokesperson Capt. Jeff Pearce.
Results of the Medical Examiner’s office revealed that Mr. Cupid died as a result of blunt force trauma, Pearce said.
Horton, 33, is wanted for malicious wounding, stemming from an alleged altercation he had with Cupid.
Horton, who also goes by the street name of “Alamay,” has ties to the Fredericksburg
area as well as Georgia. The current
charge against Horton could be upgraded, pending additional results from
the lab, Pearce said.
