FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 2011

BURGLARY:

Edible Arrangements, 1923 Carl D Silver Pkwy, June 18 12:45 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. A manager reported that a quantity of cash was stolen from an office. Evidence was discovered that indicated a rear door lock had been damaged. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Golds Gym, 2380 Plank Rd, June 22 8:00 p.m. A patron reported that her iPod was stolen after she briefly set it down while inside the gym. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

FRAUD:

Wawa, 2390 Plank Rd, June 21 7:20 p.m. A Missouri resident reported that her debit card was used to make purchases at the Wawa, even though the card never left her possession and she has never been in Fredericksburg. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:

Justin Breeden, 21, of Stafford was arrested in the 2300 block of Washington Ave.

ARRESTS:

Timothy Wright, 52, of Spotsylvania was arrested on an indictment for DUI and felony habitual offender.

Samuel Rusk, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and attempted abduction.

Elliott Medina, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Kayla Spriggs, 21, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
