Exchange Student Charged in Sex Assault
Suspect, 20, arrested at airport on his way out of the country, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
An exchange student is accused in the sexual assault of a Stafford teen, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Hamad Mastour Alsuwat, 20, currently of Stafford County, is charged with 1 Count object sexual penetration.

A deputy was investigating the report of a domestic disturbance Saturday. In the course of the investigation, he reportedly learned of the claims that Alsuwat had sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection took Alsuwat into custody Sunday as he was preparing to board a flight out of Washington Dulles International Airport bound for Saudi Arabia.
