Fatal Crash on I-95 NB Snarls Tuesday Morning Commute
All lanes are now open, but the backup continues, VDOT reported.

Interstate I-95 northbound at Centreport Parkway in Stafford has reopened, but major delays remain, the Virginia Department of Transportation reports.
"At 5:27 a.m., Virginia State Police were called to a multi-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes of I-95 at 135 mile marker in Stafford County," Corinne N. Geller, public relations director with the Virginia State Police said. "There were four vehicles involved in the crash and one confirmed fatality," she said.
The investigation is ongoing.
