Fredericksburg police incidents reported Jan. 2.

The City of Fredericksburg Police Department provided this information.  Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
LARCENY:
2000 block Lafayette Blvd, 12/27 -12/28 7:55 p.m. A resident reported that items were stolen from her apartment. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Flowers Bakery, 1013 Spotsylvania Ave, 12/28 – 12/29 11:40 a.m. An employee reported that his truck was stolen from the business. The victim later located his vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart at Central Park. Items of evidence that were found inside the truck led to the identification of a juvenile suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

1300 block Walker Dr, 12/29 – 12/30 9:30 a.m. A resident reported that two cell phones were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block Caroline St, 12/31 – 1/1 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that a large wreath was stolen from her gate. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
1000 block Martingale Ct, 12/27 – 12/28 3:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged the driver’s side of her vehicle, apparently with BB shot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

300 block Greystone Ct, 1/1 12:50 a.m. A resident reported that he saw a group of juveniles around his vehicle and after they fled from the scene, the victim discovered that one of his tires had been slashed. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:
Jeremy Moats, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath test, and assault on law enforcement in the 2000 block of Plank Road.

Ryan Rose, 24, of Woodford was arrested for DUI in the 1100 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.

Kirk Crawford, 25, of King George was arrested for DUI in the 1700 block of Princess Anne Street.

Cheri Sullivan, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1500 block of William Street.

Jesse Borham, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath test, and resisting arrest in the 3000 block of Magnolia Glen.

Andrew Thurston, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath test, and possession of marijuana in the 3400 block of Fall Hill Avenue.

ARRESTS:
Jason Hitt, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felonious assault.

Brian Wood, 30, of Woodbridge was arrested for brandishing a firearm and reckless driving.

Cameron Koslowsky, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to commit shoplifting from Walmart.

Kimberly Blackwell, 48, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.

Anthony Parker, 40, of Hayes was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Jennifer Garrett, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County charging her with felony bad check.

Richard Pruitt, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

Victoria Eura, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

David Keys, 24, of no fixed address was arrested for probation violation.

Chay Riblet, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Carolyn Carter, 61, of no fixed address was arrested for assault on law enforcement.

Curtis Vaughn, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for violation of a protective order.

Jessica Nichols, 22, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Kevin Chewning, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.

Lucas Kozosky, 26, of Bristow was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Chelsea Fuller, 20, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.

Ashley Griffis, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Robert Baldwin, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.
