Man Robbed While Loading Car

ARMED ROBBERY:
1400 block Franklin St, 12/2 9:00 p.m. A resident reported that he was loading an item into the trunk of his car when he felt someone touch him on the shoulder. The victim turned around to see a male subject pointing a handgun in his face.

The suspect demanded the victim’s wallet and the victim complied by handing it over. The suspect was last seen running on Monument Avenue in the direction of Sunken Road.

The suspect was described as a dark-skinned black male in his 20s, approximately 5’10” – 6’ tall, with short hair and wearing a dark colored shirt. The suspect had a bandana covering his face.

A police K-9 ran a track from the crime scene toward Route 1, but the suspect was not located. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

  • 800 block Prince Edward St, 12/1 2:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that her purse, iPod and prescription medications were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
  • Santa Fe Carwash, 1640 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 12/1 2:15 p.m. A patron reported that his iPod was stolen from his vehicle while the car was being serviced. The investigation is ongoing.
  • Quality Inn, 2310 Plank Rd, 12/1 9:45 p.m. A guest reported that several items of value were stolen from his room. The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

  • First Preference Mortgage, 317 William St, 11/30 4:30 p.m. A property manager reported that a front window on the building was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
  • Chipotle, 3051 Plank Rd, 11/30 8:30 p.m. A manager reported that three subjects who were horsing around inside while waiting in line broke the glass from a picture that was hanging on the wall. The investigation is ongoing.
  • 400 block Willis St, 12/1 4:15 a.m. A resident reported that two windows on her apartment were shattered. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
  • 900 block Sylvania Ave, 12/1 – 12/2 6:40 a.m. A resident reported that a section of his perimeter fence was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
  • 500 block Greystone Ct, 11/30 – 12/2 4:20 p.m. A resident reported that one of the tires on her vehicle was punctured and flattened. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

  • Reginald Wester, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.
  • Derrick Barker, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
  • Christina Ribeiro, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
  • David Melone, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
  • Joeliyn Tran, 21, of Falls Church was arrested for public intoxication.
  • Kenneth Ferguson, 47, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
  • Derrick Carpenter, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
  • Jamie Morris, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of a protective order.
  • Delonte White, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
  • Charles Morgan, 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
  • Richard Evans, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
  • Nicholas Wirt, 32, of Woodbridge was arrested for assault and battery.
  • Brandy Deem, 35, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery.
  • Tommy Linkous, 31, of Montross was arrested on a warrant from King George charging him with probation violation.
  • Tramel Thurston, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
  • Amanda Wilk, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging her with destruction of property.
