Indecent Exposure Reported In City

Victim flashed after being followed home

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS WEDNESDAY, MAY 11, 2011

INDECENT EXPOSURE:

3300 block Fall Hill Ave, May 10 9:25 p.m. A resident reported that an elderly white male in a white pickup truck followed her as she walked from the carwash back to her home on Roffman Rd. The suspect exposed himself to her and parked outside her residence, watching her as she walked inside. The suspect left the area prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

2500 block Charles St, May 6 – May 10 6:30 p.m. A resident reported that his front license plate was stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, May 10 7:15 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. A student reported that his iPod Touch was stolen while he was at school. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, May 10 11:30 a.m. – May 11 3:30 a.m. An employee reported that her purse was stolen from her unsecured vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

FRAUD:

IHOP, 2001 Carl D Silver Pkwy, May 6 10:15 p.m. A Locust Grove resident reported that he lost his debit card while dining at the restaurant and the card was later used to make purchases at various area businesses. The investigation is ongoing.

V ANDALISM:

900 block Liberty St, May 9 9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. A resident reported that one of his tires was punctured and flattened by a sharp object. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Justin Blake, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Anne Arundel, Maryland charging him with probation violation.

Jonathan Lively, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of heroin. Mark Felton, 20, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
