Jewelry Store Robbery in Stafford

Diamond Concepts jewelry was robbed Wednesday morning. The suspect is still at large.

An employee was threatened with death and her hands were tied as an unknown male robbed the Diamond Concepts jewelry store at about 10 a.m. Wednesday.

When the suspect entered the story at 296 Garrisonville Rd. in Stafford, he immediately turned away from the employee and covered his face before
approaching her, Stafford Crime Solvers said in a press release.

"The suspect said he would kill the employee if she did not comply and forced
her to the rear of the store, where he secured her hands and put her in the bathroom," the release said.  The male suspect then went through the opened safe and several display cases, taking a large number of diamond rings.
