FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, AUGUST 18, 2011

LARCENY:

Central Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline St, Aug. 17 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. A patron reported that his bicycle was stolen from a bike rack outside the library. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Curtis Estates, Aug. 3 – Aug. 17 4 p.m. A resident reported that seven Koi fish were stolen from his fishpond. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

700 block Cornell St, Aug. 15 11 p.m. – Aug. 16 7:30 a.m. A resident reported that a tire on her vehicle was slashed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Old Town Realty, 906 Caroline St, Aug. 17 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. The business owner reported that an outside bench was damaged and moved from its regular location. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Brian Garner, 28, of Stafford was arrested in the 1500 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.

ARRESTS:

William Lapointe, 35, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Randal Meadows, 44, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.

Rodrigo Carmona Maria, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
