Larceny, Vandalism and Arrests in Fredericksburg

LARCENY:
Home Depot, 1201 Gateway Blvd, 4/20 7:20 a.m. Two employees reported that they witnessed a white male and white female stealing metal shelving that was stored outside the rear of the store. The suspects left the scene in a green Ford Thunderbird. The investigation is ongoing.

Burlington Coat Factory, 2060 Plank Rd, 4/20 – 4/21 6:30 a.m. A contractor reported that roofing materials were stolen from his job site at the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
600 block Sophia St, 4/18 – 4/19 7:30 a.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person broke the side window and damaged the door handle on his rental vehicle in an apparent attempt to gain entry. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Dunning Mills Inn, 2305 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/20 3:50 a.m. A guest reported that two male subjects knocked on his door and asked by name to speak to two people. The guest in the room did not know the two named individuals and without opening the door, he advised the unknown male subjects of that fact. One of the males became irate and attempted to kick down the door.
The suspect was not able to get in, but the door was damaged to the point that the guest was later unable to open it and let himself out. The two male suspects left the scene in a black Honda Accord prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

Fredericksburg Auto Finance, 429 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/19 – 4/20 1:00 p.m. The business owner reported that an unknown person broke windows out of four vehicles parked on the lot. The investigation is ongoing.

1200 block Farrish Dr, 4/21 1:30 a.m. – 1:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke the side mirror off his vehicle and spray painted graffiti on a side panel. The investigation is ongoing.

900 block Caroline St, 4/20 8:00 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that she witnessed a fight on the street involving several male subjects, and during the altercation a trash can was knocked into a parked vehicle and caused damage to the passenger side doors. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:
Catharine Quann, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Caroline Street.

Bertwain Willis, 40, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

Courtney Banks, 25, of Los Angeles, California was arrested for DUI in the 400 block of Hunter Street.

Keith McClay, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana in the 3800 block of the Blue and Grey Parkway.

Timothy Mills, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1000 block of Princess Anne Street.

ARRESTS:
Marti Mutispaugh, 20, of Lexington was arrested for obstruction of justice and identity fraud, and on warrants from Culpeper charging her with contempt of court and from Charlottesville charging her with obtaining money by false pretenses.

Jory Hensley, 22 of Rhoadesville was arrested on a warrant from Orange charging him with probation violation.

Juan Rosa, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony shoplifting from Walmart.

Mandy Rodgers, 37, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting from Wegmans and on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with failure to pay child support.

Robert Baker, 62, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Peejay King, 25, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

David Ruffner, 37, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

Kenneth Anderson, 28, of Midlothian was arrested for public intoxication.

David Atkin, 50, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Sidney Farrow, 38, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.

James Michie, 20, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.

Ryan Berry, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted assault.

Jose Hernandez, 56, of Stafford was arrested for drinking in public.

Bond Thompson, 54, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and possession of alcohol after being interdicted.

Michael Estes, 63, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Marvin Coleman, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and felonious assault.Nathan Armentrout, 20, of King George was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and underage possession of alcohol.

Kevin Taimanglo, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Larico Hall, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Tyson Painton, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and defrauding an innkeeper.

Jerome Ball, 29, of Dumfries was arrested on a fugitive warrant from New Jersey, original charge probation violation.
