Larceny, Vandalism Reported in City

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2011

LARCENY:

B&G Seafood, 1017 Sophia St, May 25 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. An employee reported that cash was stolen from her tab book and items of value were stolen from her purse, which had been left inside a locker. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Lafayette Blvd, May 25 9:30 p.m. – May 26 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that a television was stolen from a bedroom. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. The investigation is ongoing.

1100 block Charles St, May 20 – May 26 7 p.m. A resident reported that two child’s scooters were stolen from the porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

V ANDALISM:

200 block Greystone Ct, May 26 8:30 p.m. – May 27 6:20 a.m. A resident reported that a window on her vehicle was broken and ll four tires were flattened. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

James Holmes, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.

Anthony Turner, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.

Sean Deskins, 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.

Michael Branham, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.

Cassandra Bowman, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.

Shane Chandler, 52, of Stafford was arrested for felony bad check.

Jami Lucas, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Joseph Rose, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Tracy Boyd, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for failure to appear in court. Cherise Edelin, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery. Richard Rakes, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for misdemeanor bad check.Tyler Hardy, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for probation violation. Brandon Frey, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for probation violation. Jerry Bailey, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted malicious wounding.
