Man Assaulted at T.G.I. Friday's in Central Park

Fredericksburg Police incident report of April 4, 2013. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

ASSAULT:
TGI Fridays, 1160 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 3/29 10:30 p.m. An Alexandria resident reported he was assaulted by a male subject at the bar. The suspect struck the victim in the face with a glass after the victim exchanged words with another male seated next to him. The victim did not require medical treatment. The suspect was described as a black male in his late 30s. No known suspects at this time.

LARCENY:
500 block Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/3 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. A resident reported that her wallet was stolen while she was riding the FRED bus. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:
Amanda Dumire, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Avenue.

Benjamin Wishner, 18, of Locust Grove was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Plank Road.

ARRESTS:
Mark Shields, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

Paul Croke, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault on law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of justice.

Antonio Correia-de-Meld, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Wayne Payne, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and possession of alcohol after being interdicted.

Joseph Johnson, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.

Allen Scott, 56, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.

Melissa Ward, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of a schedule II narcotic.

Brooks Royster, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
