A routine traffic stop on Interstate 95 ended in the seizure of more than 36 lbs. of marijuana, according to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.

Anthony Miller, 27, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, is charged with felony Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.

Two officers made the traffic stop due to an undisclosed minor traffic infraction Wednesday near mile marker 117. The officers reportedly discovered during the interaction with Miller, the driver, that he was transporting marijuana, according to a Sheriff's Office release.

The deputies discovered the marijuana, with an estimated street value of $174,000, hidden in the trunk of the car.

Miller was ordered held without bond.

Leatherhead, oops, 'neck'. That's ok, lady. Your truth is just not the same as mine

You're right--potheads/dopers and I never see eye to eye.

Suits me. I would be worried that I'd become narrow minded and stunted, if we did see eye to eye

Amazing. So if you don't support legalizing dope, you must be narrow minded, huh? Lady--do you have kids? If so, would you think its okay for them to smoke marijuana? Did you parents think it was okay for you to smoke weed? Just look at the slime who sells and smokes this crap--that should tell you something! They don't call it "dope" for nothing......

Protecting children from drug abuse is a legitimate concern, and after teaching in FFX schools, I can tell you the best way to do that is to treat Cannabis the same way as alcohol. That takes it out of the "Black Market", taxes it and regulates it. VABC stores and responsible businesses check kids ID and won't sell them booze. Look at the stats on teenage drinking and cigarette smoking. Drug Dealers don't ask for ID. After years of watching the failed "War on Drugs", I am tired of watching our social, economic and moral fabric being destroyed by these stupid "Wars" and Governmental Czars.
