Decatur would not confirm whether or not the scene was active, or if an arrest had been made at the scene.

The Richmond Division of the FBI confirmed Tuesday that it did assist in the initial processing of the scene.

The FBI provided resource assistance to Stafford County Sheriff's Office at the address, according to Dee Rybiski, Richmond division media coordinator.

Neighbors told Patch that they saw FBI and local law enforcement at the scene, and that a back hoe was brought in. The home is not visible from the street and the officer at the scene would not comment to Patch on Monday.
