When the victim refused, the female made statements and gestures alleging that she had a weapon, said police.

"The victim did not believe her and she got out of her car to walk inside the hospital," reads a press release from the police department. "While walking toward the ER doors, the suspect assaulted the victim, grabbed her by the hair, and tried to steal her car keys. The two struggled and the victim was able to break free by striking the suspect in the face."
