Police: Man Arrested for Trading Tattooing for Sex with Minors

Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Joshua “Doc” Walacavicz, 25, of Spotsylvania, was arrested Sept. 5 following an investigation by Spotsylvania County detectives of allegations that Walacavicz was trading sexual favors in return for tattooing two juvenile female clients.

"These events occurred at the residence of Walacavicz in Spotsylvania County," Capt. Jeff Pearce, Spotsylvania County Sheriff's spokesman, said.

Walacavicz was charged with one count of felony indecent liberties with a child, one count of felony object sexual penetration, two counts of misdemeanor tattooing a minor without parental consent and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Walacavicz is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
