Police: Pool Stick to the Head in Rec Center Fight
Victim found bleeding from the head, according to Fredericksburg Police Department.
A man has been charged in an altercation Thursday night at the Rec Center, according to Fredericksburg Police.
Guy Amburgey, 50, of Stafford, is charged with malicious wounding.
Police arrived at the Rec Center at 7 p.m. Thursday to respond to a disturbance. The victim, 33, was found on the sidewalk outside. He was reportedly bleeding from an injury to his ear.
He told police that he'd been struck in the head and arm with a pool stick. The victim was transported to Mary Washington Hospital.
Amburgey was found inside the business and arrested.
