Police Seek Suspect in Armed Robbery

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, AUGUST 29, 2011

ROBBERY:

200 block Harris St, Aug. 28 2:00 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that she was at the 7-11 on Dixon St when she was approached by a male acquaintance who asked for a ride to Harris St. The victim agreed. After arriving on Harris St, the male subject pulled out a knife and demanded cash from the victim. The victim complied, and the male subject then got out of her vehicle and left the area in another car that was parked nearby. The victim was able to identify the suspect and a warrant was obtained charging Andre Carey, 23, of Spotsylvania with felony robbery. Carey had not been arrested by the time of this report.

LARCENY:

100 block Caroline St, Aug. 26 1:30 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. A resident reported that two firearms were stolen from his unsecured vehicle in his driveway. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1300 block Littlepage St, Aug. 25 4:00 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. A resident reported that his wallet was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block Hansen Ave, Aug. 26 11:45 p.m. A resident reported that she observed two subjects hanging around her vehicle and the subjects ran when they saw her. The victim then discovered that cash had been stolen from her wallet which had been left in the car. No known suspects at this time.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Aug. 28 6:20 p.m. – 7:50 p.m. A shopper reported that she inadvertently left a diaper bag in her shopping cart after loading her purchases into her car. When she returned to retrieve it, the bag had been turned in to customer service but the victim’s wallet was missing from it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Wegmans, 2281 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Aug. 28 11:20 p.m. A shopper reported that she inadvertently left her wallet in her shopping cart after unloading her groceries. When she returned to retrieve it, the wallet was still in the cart but the cash was missing from it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS: Eric Rian, 48, of Harrison, New York was arrested in the 1900 block of Princess Anne St. ARRESTS:

Marcus Garner, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for forgery of a public document, providing false identification to avoid arrest, and use of another person’s identification to avoid traffic summons.

Dominic Gaskins, 20, of Bumpass was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart. Britney Sheppard, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Shalequa Turner, 18, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.

Mustafa Gunduz, 40, of Lorton was arrested for failure to obtain a business license.

La Trae Jones, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and trespassing.

Thurston Thornton, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Albert Garnett, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and shoplifting from the 7-11 on Dixon St.

Zachary Harding, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Eric Laflamme, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Keith Boykin, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Ada Galvan Juarez, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting from Walmart, conspiracy to commit shoplifting, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Eric Knapp, 19, of Memphis, Tennessee was arrested for urinating in public.

Darius Reynolds, 24, of Woodford was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
