Purses Snatched, Credit Card Used for Gas — Fredericksburg Crime Report

Three recent larcenies were reported by Fredericksburg Police Department on Friday, including a purse snatching in the Walmart parking lot.

From the report:

• A Walmart shopper reported that an unknown person stole her purse from her shopping cart in the parking lot at 1800 Carl D. Silver Parkway while she was loading packages into her vehicle Dec. 27. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
• A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person stole her credit card and used it to purchase fuel at the Sunoco at 2307 Jefferson Davis Hwy between Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. The investigation is ongoing. 
• A resident reported that an unknown person stole her purse from her unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of Greystone Court. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
