Interstate 95 River Bridge Incident Snarls Traffic
A potential jumper on the I-95 Bridge has slowed traffic as police investigate
A possible jumper on the I-95 Bridge over the Rappahannock River has slowed traffic as some lanes of major thoroughfares are closed.
Ramps from Rt. 3 East and West onto Interstate 95 are closed right now as police continue to investigate the incident at the Rappahannock River Bridge.
At least one lane of I-95 Northbound is closed near the river and it has added congestion to U.S. 1.
