On 4/6/13, Deputy Carey arrested Audrey Tackett, 51 of Virginia Beach for Possession of Schedule I/II drugs in the parking lot of Wal-Mart.
On 4/6/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Miguel Lynch, 23 of Fredericksburg City, for possession of marijuana 3rd offense, driving suspended and speeding 54/35 in the area of Plank Road and Harrison Road. Miguel was released on a summons for each charge.
