Theft
On 1/18/14, Deputy Plunkett arrested Carol Potter, 44 and Mary Pritchard, 72 for Grand Larceny and Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny.
On 01/18/14, Deputy Arndt responded to the Giant at 5701 Plank Rd. for the report of a shoplifter. Lisa Garside, 43 of Spotsylvania was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, Assault and Trespass.

On 1/17/14, Deputy Basil released Michael Vandevender, 24 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Petit Larceny from Giant at Harrison's Crossing.
On 1/17/14, 1st Sgt Pittman arrested Ms. Brittany Levins, 25 of Spotsylvania on 10 outstanding felony Theft warrants obtained by Deputy Basil on an earlier offense.

On 01/16/14, Deputy Boone released on a summons, Khalid Kahn, 60 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting in the 5000 Block of Plank Road.
On 1/15/14, Deputy Tavarez arrested Jonathan Fitterer, 18 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting from the Giant at Harrison's Crossing. Mr. Fitterer was released on a summons.
On 1/14/14, Sergeant Belcher released Ashley Holland, 26 of Spotsylvania and Christopher Holland, 29 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
On 1/14/14, Sergeant Belcher arrested Miriam Kurth, 24 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting from Macy's at the Spotsylvania Towne Center.
On 01/14/14, Deputy Medina responded to Macy's for the report of a shoplifter. Amia Johnson, 18 of Spotsylvania was arrested and charged with Felony Shoplifting
Assault
On 01/18/14, Deputy Kcraget arrested Jesus Obitz for Felony Violation of a Protective Order in the 10800 block of Holleybrooke Drive.
On 1/17/14, Deputy Fuller responded to the area of Castlebridge Apartments for a report of a Protective Order Violation. As units arrived the suspect left the area and Deputy Fuller got behind the vehicle and stopped it at the Ukrops on Salem Church Road. The suspect was identified as Bryan Delano, 35 of Spotsylvania. Delano was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Protective Order, and Resisting Arrest.
On 1/15/14, Deputy Plunkett arrested Davey Ewing, 45 for Assault and Trespassing for an earlier incident on Mansfield Street.
On 01/15/14, Deputy Buccola and Deputy Dobson arrested Christopher L. Sefchick, 38 of Spotsylvania in the 10000 block of Spotsylvania Avenue for Felony Eluding and Attempted Malicious Wounding of a Law Enforcement Officer. A Warrant was also obtained against Christopher for Petit Larceny Shoplifting which occurred at Auto Zone in the 4000 block of Mine Road.
DUI
On 1/20/14, Sergeant Carey arrested Kenneth Snyder, 23 of Spotsylvania for DUI on a traffic stop Jefferson Davis Highway and Harrison Rd.
Narcotics
On 1/17/14, Deputy Tittle responded to the Spotsylvania Towne Center for a disturbance with mall security. Deputy Tittle located John Vita, 22 of Spotsylvania trying to hide behind cars in the parking lot. John was detained, searched and later released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana for the smoking device found on his person.
On 1/15/14, Deputy Kelly arrested Cody Christsenson, 20 of Spotsylvania and Patrick Harder, 20 for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Running Cedar Ln.
On 1/14/14, Deputy Fuller arrested Timothy Wrobel, 34 of Stafford for Uttering, Possession of a Schedule III narcotic and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at CVS.
Arrests
On 1/20/14, Deputy Perkins arrested Robert Norman, 23 for Drunk In Public in the 9200 block of Saint Andrews.
On 1/17/14, Deputy Fuller arrested Daniel Garver, 31of Hayes, Virginia for Driving Suspended in the area of Spotsylvania High School. Daniel also had two open capias' from other jurisdictions.
On 01/17/14, Sr. Deputy Lloyd arrested Yolanda Quiroga, 18 of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication at the 7-11 Gordon Rd.
On 01/17/14, Sr. Deputy Lloyd arrested Faisal Adam, 26 of Spotsylvania for Public Intoxication at the Green Turtle.
On 01/16/14, Deputy Moore arrested Avenamar Hernandez-Morales, 41 of Spotsylvania for Drunk In Public, and Ruben Jarquin-Santos, 26 of Spotsylvania for Fraudulent Use of an Official Document, as well as Drunk in Public in the 12000 Block of Gordon Road.
On 01/14/14, Deputy Ridings and Deputy Davies responded to the Tidewater Trail 7-11 to attempt to locate fugitive, David Garnett, 51 of Spotsylvania. He was located on Benchmark Rd. and taken into custody.
On 01/14/14, Deputy Spillman responded to 10700 block of Wakeman Dr. for the report of several small children climbing out of a second window and onto a roof. Nancy Gillikin, 27 of Spotsylvania and Michael Gillikin, 26 of Spotsylvania were each arrested and charged with four counts of Felony Child Neglect.
