Theft

On 10/19/13, Deputy Tavarez released William Bennett, 33 of Fredericksburg on a summons for Petit Larceny at Sears.

On 10/19/13, Deputy Trippett released Victoriana Romero, 18 of Fredericksburg on a summons for Petit Larceny at Wal-Mart. 

On 10/17/13, Deputy Davies released Mr. Perry Arrington, 34 of Spotsylvania on three summonses for Trespassing, Destruction of Property, and Petit Larceny. The incident occurred in the 10100 block of Brock Rd.

On 10/13/13, Deputy Fuller arrested Shayna Connell, 20 of Fredericksburg for Larceny/Shoplifting from Sears and Belk’s and being in possession of Schedule IV narcotics at the Spotsylvania Mall. 

On 10/12/13, Sgt. Belcher released Jessica Sanchez, 28 of Fredericksburg on a summons for Shoplifting from Belk’s.

Assault

On 10/19/2013, Deputy Durbin arrested Michael Calvin McCartney, 18 of Spotsylvania, in the 5000 Block of Jefferson Davis Highway for Sending a Threat to Kill, in text.

On 10/16/13, Deputy Cairns arrested Richard Grantz, 60 of Spotsylvania for Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Justice after responding to the 10600 block of Bluebird Lane for an Abuse claim. 

On 10/14/13, Sgt. Hammond arrested Wendy Renee Dammond, 38 of Spotsylvania in the 11000 Block of Stansbury Drive for Assault and Battery. 

On 10/12/13, Deputies R. Plunkett and C. Polliard arrested Bryan Hall, 33 of Spotsylvania in the area of Knights Inn for Drunk in public and 2 counts of Assault on Law Enforcement.

DUI

On 10/19/13, Deputy Lloyd arrested Gregory Rogers, 26 of Orange for DUI on Towles Mill Rd.

On 10/12/13, Deputy Gall responded to the Massaponax Church Road and Lancaster Gate Road in reference to an accident.  Jason Forrester, 38 of Woodford, was arrested for DUI.

On 10/13/13, Deputy Plunkett arrested David Atkin, 50 for DUI and Attempted Hit and Run.   The incident occurred in the Hard Times parking lot.

On 10/12/13 Deputy Setlock arrested Casey McGuire, 26 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Driving Suspended, Speeding and an open Capias.  Casey was stopped near Peek's Nursery for speeding.

On 10/12/13, Deputy Tillman arrested Jonathan Wenner, 21 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Driving Suspended after a traffic stop at Chancellor Rd and Gordon Rd. 

Narcotics

On 10/17/13, Deputy Baugh released Thomas Washington Jr., 20 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana in the 7200 block of Finch Lane.   

On 10/12/13, Deputy M. Jones arrested Deonte Larenzo Adams, 21 of Spotsylvania while on a traffic stop in the area of Stoney Creek Drive. He was charged with Driving Suspended, Possession of Marijuana and Obstruction of Justice.

On 10/12/13, Deputy Fuller released Robert Kinney Jr, 19 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop at Smith Station Rd. and Rappahannock Dr. for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. 

Arrests

On 10/20/13, Deputy Coerper arrested Fernando Alvarez, 24 of Fairfax for Public Intoxication in the 6800 block of Orchid Ln.

On 10/19/13, Deputy Papke arrested Donald Anderson, 27 of Fredericksburg for Resisting Arrest in the area of America’s Best Value Inn.

On 10/18/13, Deputy Tavarez arrested Dawn Edgerton, 48 of Fredericksburg for Drunk In Public in the 12600 block of Chewning Lane.

On 10/18/13, Deputy Carey arrested "John Doe", of no fixed address for Drunk In Public, after he was seen removing his clothing in the middle of Plank Road at Salem Church Road.

On 10/16/13, Deputy M. Jones arrested Amanda Vance, 31 of Spotsylvania for Drunk In Public in the 6100 block of Maslock Lane.
