Theft
On 9/22/13, Deputy Trippett arrested Nathan Howard, 34 of Spotsylvania for Felony Grand Larceny in the 8700 block of Engleman Lane.
On 9/20/13, Sgt. Hammond arrested Buford Durrett Pritchet, 32 of Spotsylvania in the 5000 Block of Courthouse Road for Breaking and Entering, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on Law Enforcement.

On 9/19/13, Deputy Tittle released Nick Kastellos, 32 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Petit Shoplifting at the CVS on Tidewater Trail.
On 9/19/13, Deputy Tittle released Laura King, 27 of Stafford on a summons for Petit Shoplifting from the 7-11 on Tidewater Trail.

On 9/20/13, Dep. Tavarez responded to Walmart in reference to a report of a shoplifter. Christopher Woolfolk, 25, no fixed address, was arrested and charged with felony Shoplifting.
On 9/19/13, Deputy Fuller arrested Jonathan Cunningham, 31 of Spotsylvania for Felony Forge or Utter a Prescription and Felony Attempt to Obtain Drug by Forgery or Fake Prescription.
On 9/16/13, Deputy Carey arrested Margaret Blazek, 54 of Fredericksburg for Grand Larc/Shoplifting from the Target at Cosner Corner.
Assault
On 9/22/13, Deputy Vasquez arrested Jeremy White, 28 of Spotsylvania for an Assault that occurred on 9/22/13 in the area of Pasture Lane.
On 09/21/13 Deputy Coerper arrested William Herndon, 56 of Spotsylvania, in the area of the 100 block of Mansfield St. for Assault and Battery and Possession of Marijuana.
On 9/19/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Sherron Whaley, 32 of Richmond for the Assault at the Knights Inn.
DUI
On 9/20/13, Dep. S.A. Boyd responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy./Courthouse Rd. in reference to a 2 car collision. Anthony Xenakis, 57 of Portsmouth, VA was arrested and charged with DUI.
On 09/17/13, Deputy Morris arrested James Beach, 48 of Spotsylvania for Driving Under the Influence, during a traffic stop at Spotsylvania Parkway and Deep Creek Dr.

On 9/22/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Johnny Pullen, 22 of Sperryville for Drunk in Public in the area of Buckeye Lane.
On 9/21/13, Sgt. Curtis arrested Marcus Crawford, 37 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Hard Times Cafe for Drunk in Public.
On 9/21/13, Senior Deputy R. Lloyd arrested Ashley Dassler, 27 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Hard Times Cafe for Drunk in Public.
