On 10/6/13, Deputy Moore arrested Calvin Luck, 72 of Spotsylvania in the 11000 Block of Pine Needle Court for Assault and Battery.

On 9/30/13, Deputy Morris arrested Tyrell Lashley, 24 of Fredericksburg on felony warrants for Robbery, Abduction, and Assault at Normandy Ct.
DUI
On 10-05-13, Deputy Tavarez arrested Bryon Elrod, 46 of Silver Spring MD for DUI and Refusal in the area of the Riverclub Shopping Center.
On 10/5/13, Deputy Harding arrested Seth Hale, 21 of Spotsylvania for DUI on a traffic stop on Massaponax Church Rd.
On 10/3/13, Deputy Slate responded to the area of the 3500 block of Lewiston Road in reference to a single vehicle accident. Upon completion of the investigation Glen Keyes, 51 of Partlow was arrested for DUI.
On 10/3/13, Deputy Baugh arrested Joseph Hall, 23 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Possession of Marijuana after locating a broken down vehicle in the area of the Verizon at Southpoint.
On 10/2/13, Deputy Cairns arrested Thomas Allgood, 43 of Spotsylvania for DUI after locating him driving a farm tractor in the area of 7000 block of Belmont Road.
On 10/2/13, Deputy Tavarez arrested Mario Camahaja, 28 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Refusal, False ID to Law Enforcement and No License in the area of Summerlake Blvd/Salem Station Blvd.
Narcotics
On 10/6/13, Deputy Boyd released Kevin Miller, 27 and Christopher Mclamb, 32 of Saluda VA for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Comfort Inn.
On 10/5/13, Deputy Harney arrested Eve Davis, 35 of Spotsylvania, in the 1000 Block of Spotsylvania Parkway for Prescription Fraud.
On 9/30/13, Deputy Griffith released Joseph Hunter, 55 of Spotsylvania on summonses for Possession of Marijuana, Driving with an Open Container Alcohol, and Expired Registration on a traffic stop at Fire Company 8 on Jefferson Davis Highway.
On 10/1/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Jherron Sleydin, 21 of Stafford on a Capias for failing to appear and for Possession of Marijuana at Wal-Mart.
