On 01/31/2013 Deputy Boone released Christina Marie Capots, 20 from Spotsylvania on a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
On 2/1/13 Sgt. Assur arrested Mr. James Hamm, 44 of Stafford for trespassing to damage property and petit larceny in the 10000 block of Tidewater Trail.
On 01/31/2013 Deputy Griffith arrested Rose Marie Taylor, 19 and Chelsea Marie Fuller, 21 at the Macy's Dept. Store for felony larceny.
Assault
On 01/28/2013, Deputy Morris arrested Kelly Shatto, 29 of Spotsylvania for assault & battery.
On 1/29/13 Deputy Tillman arrested 24 year old Lauren Hunter, a resident of Spotsylvania County for domestic assault and battery and preventing the summoning of law enforcement after an altercation.
On 1/30/13, 45 year old Kelly Nigro of Spotsylvania County was arrested and charged with one count of domestic assault and battery.
On 01/31/2013 Deputy Moore arrested Latoya Antionette Young from Spotsylvania in the 10000 block of Courthouse Road for Domestic Assault and Battery.
On 2/1/13 Deputy Lamont obtained arrest warrants on Joseph Taylor, 26 of Spotsylvania for Domestic Assault and Battery and Threat to Bomb or Burn.
On 2/3/13 Deputy Setlock arrested Robert Carr, 44 of Spotsylvania for Domestic Assault.
DUI
On 2/3/13 Deputy Basil arrested Francis Proctor Jr., 52, of Fredericksburg for DUI as a result of an auto accident at Chancellor Road and Lakeland Way.
Narcotics
On 1/29/13 Sgt. Assur arrested Guy Gentry, Jr., 34 of Spotsylvania for felony cocaine possession, felony disturbing a Dominion VA Power box, misdemeanor larceny of power supply, and misdemeanor destruction of property.
On 1/29/13 Detectives arrested Phillip Delano Jones II of Spotsylvania for Distribution of Cocaine, Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine, and Possession of Marijuana. Dep. Nick Ridings assisted with the use of his K9
On 1/31/13, Narcotics Detectives executed a search warrant on Girven Court. During the search, marijuana, packaging material, paraphernalia, and a one ounce bottle, containing suspected PCP was found. Tameka Hill, 32 of Spotsylvania was charged with possession of PCP, conspiracy, possession of marijuana, and child neglect.
On 02/01/13 Deputy Greene arrested Michael Burrell, 27 of Hopewell, in the area of General Semmes Dr. and Salem Church Rd. for possession of marijuana. Michael was also wanted through Fredericksburg for possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license.
On 02/02/13 Sr. Deputy Hart arrested Allen Michael Johnson, 24 of Woodford, for possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
On 2/3/13 Sgt Assur released Blake Zecman, 20 of Spotsylvania for possession of drug paraphernalia. Sr. Deputy R. Wahl also released Jeffrey Perry, 23 of Ruther Glen for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 9801 Courthouse Rd (Food Lion) parking lot.
Arrests
On 01/28/2013, Deputy Wilson released Michelle Bailey, 50 of Spotsylvania on summons for 3 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
On 2/1/13 Deputy Arndt arrested Mr. Marcus Rouse, 28 of Fredericksburg for numerous felonies to include two counts of grand larceny, felony malicious wounding, felony assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and misdemeanor assault. The arrest occurred at the Lowe's on Southpoint Pkwy.
On 2/1/13 Deputy Weins arrested Michael Headley, 32 of Lively, VA for public intoxication at the Econo Lodge.
On 2/2/13 Sgt. Assur released Kenneth Johnson Jr., 41 of Spotsylvania on a summons for driving revoked DUI related, possession of a fictitious inspection sticker, and defective 3rd brake light.
On 02/02/13 Sr Dep Hart arrested Deandre Scott, 23 of Colonial Beach, for possession of firearm by felon, concealed weapon, and possession of marijuana.
On 2/3/13 Sr. Deputy T. Medina arrested Kevin Chewning, 21 of Spotsylvania for embezzlement and attempted embezzlement. The incident occurred at 5420 Jefferson Davis Hwy (Mc Donalds).
