Stellar One Bank Robbed in Stafford

The Stellar One Bank at 25 Banks Ford Pkwy. in Stafford County was robbed at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

"Bank employees told deputies a male entered the store, came to the counter, displayed a gun and demanded money," Bill Kennedy, Stafford County Sheriff's Office public information officer, said.  The suspect left on foot, with an undisclosed amount of money.

Deputies searched the area for two hours, but the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as a thin white male, 5’ 11', wearing a black nylon jacket, a red cap with a black plaid design on the front of the cap. He had a small goatee under his lip.
