Street Musician Robbed of Earnings

LARCENY:

800 block Caroline St, 5/27 5:00 pm. A musician reported that two male subjects stole the cash from his guitar case as he was standing on the sidewalk playing. The suspects were described as black males in their early 30’s, one of whom had a goatee. The investigation is ongoing.

Naders Grocery, 508 Caroline St, 5/27 8:25 pm. The owner reported that a male subject stole a bottle of beer by concealing it under his jacket. The suspect was described as a black male wearing jeans and a blue shirt. No known suspects at this time.

7-11, 1613 Dixon St, 5/28 3:30 am. The clerk reported that his cell phone was stolen from the office. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Best Western, 2205 Plank Rd, 5/28 6:00 pm – 5/29 4:00 pm. A guest reported that her purse was stolen from her unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400 block Kenmore Ave, 5/29 9:00 pm – 5/30 7:30 am. A resident reported that her double seat jogging stroller was stolen from the front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Princess Anne St, 5/27 – 5/30 2:00 pm. A resident reported that her child’s bicycle was stolen from the community bike rack. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

V ANDALISM:

Denny Hamlin Carwash, 2101 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 5/28 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. An employee reported that his vehicle was scratched and dented while parked in the rear parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Walter Petrone, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1600 block of Princess Anne St.

Mauricio Vazquez-Aguilar, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 500 block of Caroline St.

John Harmon, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Thurston Thornton, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.

Christopher Murphy, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery, assault on law enforcement, and violation of a protective order.

Juan Pineda Bautista, 28, of no fixed address was arrested for unlawful entry and destruction of property.

Wendy Deaver, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery.

Beau Chambers, 27, of Hartwood was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Crystal Bates, 19, of Dale City was arrested on a warrant from Manassas charging her with malicious wounding.
