Tires Punctured in Fredericksburg VRE Lot
The City of Fredericksburg Police provided this incident report. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
VANDALISM:
VRE Lot G, 399 Prince Edward St, 3/25 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Four commuters reported the tires on their vehicles were punctured Monday, sometime between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The vehicles were parked in Lot G of the Fredericksburg VRE Station, 399 Prince Edward St.
City of Fredericksburg Police are investigating the incident as vandalism.

DUI ARRESTS:
Nicholas Lanciault, 23, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 200 block of William Street.
Luis Pita-Diaz, 40, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 2900 block of the Blue Grey Parkway.

Vanessa Bates, 58, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of William Street.
ARRESTS:
Billie Bailey, 45, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from North Carolina charging her with violation of probation.
Harold Turnbull, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.
Michael Ferguson, 26, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
John Pegram, 22, of Richmond was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of synthetic marijuana.
Orrin Levi, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
