Victim Says He Was Threatened With a Knife

A Stafford man said someone threatened him with a knife during a fght outside a local restaurant.

A 19-year-old Stafford County resident told police that someone threatened him with a knife in the parking lot of Pizza King at 1964 Plank Road.

Fredericksburg Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe said the incident happened at about 10:15 p.m. when the 19-year-old male said he was leaving the restaurant with friends when a group of "young males" approached them. An argument ensued and the victim and one male from the other group got into a physical fight. After their friends separated the two fighters, the victim said that the male approached him again when he was by his car. But this time, the attacker displayed a knife, Bledsoe said.

"The victim immediately drove away from the scene and he later discovered that his vehicle had been damaged and dented during the altercation," she said.
