Woman Assaulted Outside 7-Eleven

The City of Fredericksburg Police Department provided this information. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

ASSAULT:
7-Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, 5/10 8:15 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown female exchanged words with her in the parking lot and punched her several times in the face. The unknown female then left the scene in a red work truck driven by a male subject who had intervened during the assault. The suspect was described as a white female in her 40s wearing a white shirt and black skirt. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY:
Micah Ministries, 1013 Princess Anne St, 5/10 – 5/12 9:30 a.m. The manager reported that an unknown person broke into the building by kicking in the basement door. Items were disturbed in the office but nothing appeared to be stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
VRE Lot, 300 block Prince Edward St, 5/10 6:45 a.m. – 5:10 p.m. A commuter reported that an unknown person broke a window on his vehicle and stole a quantity of loose change from the console. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

400 block Palmer St, 5/5 – 5/10 7:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a quantity of CDs from her home. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400 block Central Park Blvd, 5/10 – 5/11 7:25 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that the license plates were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

900 block William St, 5/11 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person or persons stole two bicycles from his front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
1000 block Pickett St, 5/11 8:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged his front door and door frame, apparently by kicking it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:
Nicholas Smith, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and failure to maintain control of a vehicle after being involved in a crash in the 700 block of Lafayette Boulevard.

Lashawnna Johnson, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2000 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.

Jarelle Lucas, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2000 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.

Juan Badillo, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1100 block of Central Park Boulevard.

Kenneth Milling, 29, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 2100 block of Cowan Boulevard.

ARRESTS:
Delonte Eura, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging him with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Daquain Wiltshire, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging him with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Chadwick Doerr, 21, of Locust Grove was arrested for public intoxication.

James Prudhomme, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery and public intoxication.

Roberto Ramzey, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery.

John Oliver, 53, of Colonial Beach was arrested for aggressive driving and destruction of property.

Matthew Cox, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from the ABC store.

Dennis Lemus, 29, of Stafford was arrested for drinking in public.

Juan Caballero-Santos, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Eusevio Flores, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.

Derek Shiner, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Andrew Diehl, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Sahr Bockai, 31, of Silver Spring, Maryland was arrested for forgery, uttering, and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Andre Carey, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Briana Voit, 22, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Michael Brooks, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Stephanie Grieninger, 29, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

James Thomasson, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery, felonious assault by strangulation, and on a warrant from Hopewell charging him with probation violation.

John Queen, 23, of Woodbridge was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Alexandra Kelminsky, 21, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Jeremiah Beale, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested for misdemeanor destruction of property.
