Women's Vehicle Stolen While Shopping in Roberson's Music

Fredericksburg Police incident report of April 2, 2013. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

LARCENY:

Roberson’s Music, 1300 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/1 1:50 p.m. A Culpeper resident reported that her vehicle was stolen while she was inside the store. A GPS and cell phone from inside the vehicle were later located in the roadway on Augustine Avenue, apparently after being thrown from the car. The stolen vehicle is a dark blue Subaru Forrester with Virginia license plates.
The investigation is ongoing.

O’Charley’s Restaurant, 1791 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 3/29 – 3/31 11:00 a.m. A manager reported
that three empty beer kegs and other items were stolen from the back of the restaurant. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DSS Company, 1311 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 3/29 – 4/1 12:00 p.m. An employee reported that the license plates were stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Quaker Steak, 1300 Central Park Blvd, 4/1 10:00 p.m. A patron reported that her iPhone was stolen from her table. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
400 block Caroline St, 3/30 – 4/1 8:30 a.m. An officer patrolling in the area reported that an unknown person damaged the shrubbery adjacent to a parking lot, apparently by driving over the trees and bushes. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block George St, 3/30 7:15 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. A resident reported that her vehicle was scratched and damaged while it was parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:
Michelle Brennan, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging her with failure to appear in court.

Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Emma Nobles, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Samantha Barker, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Marcus Rowe, 30, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Richard Pridgen, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant of extradition, with original charges from North Carolina charging him with sexual assault of a child and indecent liberties with a child.

Brittany Smith, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
