FBI Has Terrorist Training Exercise Thursday
The exercise is routine and at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds area.
The FBI will be having routing training Thursday, May 3 in the area of the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds.
The training is not expected to cause any traffic disruptions, but people can expect to see emergency response vehicles in the area.
The training is scheduled from 1 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The exercise is designed to prepare first and second responders for a terrorist event. While the City of Fredericksburg is assisting with the facilitation of this exercise, the city’s responders are not participating in the training except as support personnel.
