Middle Schoolers Need Vaccinations

Rising 6th grade students must have a Tdap booster shot prior to the start of the school year.  If your child received a Tdap booster over the summer, please submit evidence of this to the W-G school nurse immediately. Shot records may be faxed to the office at (540) 891-5449.

PSAT Registration Deadline Approaching

PSAT Registration deadline is September 21, 2011. The PSAT will be given on October 12, 2011. All students must be registered to take it by September 21. Any junior planning to take the PSAT must turn in the $14.00 fee to Mrs. Miller in the Counseling Center by September 21. Get your money to her now!

will pay for all sophomores to take the PSAT. Any sophomore who does not wish to take the PSAT must turn in an opt-out form to the office by September 21.

Transportation Waivers Needed for Lafayette Students

Parents of students at Lafayette Elementary are being urged to compelte a Lafayette Student Transportation Form for each student attending the upper elementary school during the 2011-2012 school year. The form is available for pick-up in the main office or during orientation, and can also be downloaded below.

This form be returned to each student’s teacher by Tuesday, Sept. 6, the first day of school.
