Grant Provides New Van for Fredericksburg Area Food Bank
The van provides food for as many as 600 students each week, according to the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank.
Through a grant from Giant's Our Family Foundation, the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank has a new Kids on the Go summer feeding van.
The van travels to summer school sites in the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Spotsylvania and Caroline to help provide food for children who may not have access to enough food to eat.
