I have gone here numerous times to service my machine and keep it in tip running smoothly. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! I went there yesterday for tips on how my bobbin case goes into my machine after removing it to dust. Greg spent about 20 minutes helping me practice getting the case in and out, and then he checked everything over to make sure it was in tip top shape. Thanks Greg!! I purchased a Janome machine a year ago from them for free motion quilting, and have been pleased as punch ever since!!

I've dealt with this business for many years now and every time I've gone there, I've received very good service from the owner and the store manager. The repair services were always no problem and the store manager has always gone out of her way in giving lessons and advice. There was one time when I got to the store 5 minutes before closing time and she patiently helped me for about 30 minutes past closing. This place gives you personalized service.
I have brought a very basic machine there, & was very pleased with the help I got from the sales women, being not much of a sewer she took the time to explain the simplest things to me . I would definitely go back again & would recommend her highly for the service I received.
Great at repair-- horrible at the way they treat customers. The lady that runs the place is very unfriendly-- bordering on rude. The owners also place permanent stickers on the machines (without customer permission) when they are returned. When I contacted the company about the sticker, they said, "We always do that to every machine." (?) How about an apology? Or better yet, removing it? I guess I would go if I desperately needed repair, since they do good work. But their customer service stinks.

Amazing service, every time. Staff is super friendly and personal.. they always remember me and talk about my latest projects and sewing problems. they are my go-to sewing gurus! i run a small business on my machine, and i brought it in to be looked at and serviced.. noticing that there were about 300 other machines that needed to be fixed, i asked if there was anyway to put a rush on it so i can finish orders.. he quoted me at abotu a week, and it was done in 3 days!! thanks greg and karen!! you're the best!
