<p>When walking into Carrabba's Italian Grill, there is an aroma of traditional Italy, set in a casual atmosphere full of warmth and hospitality. This fun and welcoming restaurant chain was founded by Johnny Carrabba and his uncle, Damian Mandola, and the menu is based on their family heirloom recipes.</p> <p>Diners may choose from an array of calamari, manicotti, chicken and spinach canneloni, or traditionally-cooked lasagne or hand-made pizzas,baked in a wood-burning oven. All food is made from fresh ingredients and pasta is served with a specialty soup or house salad.</p>
