When I brought my laptop to be fixed, they left pieces out of my laptop that were needed for it to function, so I had to go back to get the pieces. They did not fix what they said they were going to do and they did not diagnose the laptop correctly. Then when I got there the two employees were at the side of the building smoking, they see me walk by, I stand in the store with no one in the store for almost 10 plus minutes and then had to go outside to get the employees to come help me. I would not recommend going here. Staples was much more helpful, timely, and actually prints a full diagnostic report and tells you up front the cost of repair.

Got there when they opened and too my computer right in. Said the problem might be small and if I wanted I could sit and wait while they check it quick. Sure enough I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with my laptop and it was fixed. Apparently some driver thing was missing for my wireless. Service was outstanding. Will be sure to use again and tell our friends.
