A shop mistake led to hundreds of dollars worth of damage and necessary work on my car. I never took my vehicles anywhere but here over the past 12 years, yet the owner wouldn't even hear my story and stated that all the problems were my mistake.
Poor customer service from the owner/manager means I will take my vehicles ANYWHERE but here in the future. Caveat - good staff, poor management, and you might end up paying for their mistakes.
