When I was there in September 2011 a Technician in C scan screamed at me when I grabbed his arm and anothers because I felt like I was falling. Screamed at me like I was some sort of idiot for being sick, dizzy and not wanting to fall? The night they checked me in, I fell in the bathroom and the nurse rolled her eyes and they would not help me get up. Although the rest of the staff was excellent, you can't erase the bad that happened at Mary Washington Hosptial. I would never allow my kids or grandkids to go there. I filled out a survey and have not heard a word from them on this... Makes you wonder huh?

Being a patient of the phenomenal Regional Cancer Center (and therefore getting a chance to visit a multitude of departments in the hospital itself), I am so grateful for the level of care I have been given! Being from a large city, where I would have been just a number, each trip to a new department left warmth in my heart from some act of kindness that the staff had shown. Yes, there were needles and blood and awful medical bills but, at the end of the day, these people helped to save my life. I am truly grateful for their expertise, professionalism and genuine personalities. Kudos, MWH!
