My last visit I had; Tires Mounted and Balanced, Oil Change, State Inspection, and Alignment Check. When i picked up the car, I asked to see the bill and noticed a few problems a charge for valve stems (the car has TPMS), mounting for 40 series tires (they were 205/50/17) they revised the bill for about $30 difference. When the car cam home it didn't have an inspection sticker or report, also the alignment showed the car w/in specifications before the $89 alignment. I questioned the manager about the inspection and alignment and he said they would put a sticker on right away. As for the alignment, he started to say it was better now, I explained it was well within specs before the alignment. He told me I had a good point and he would check and see with the owner what he can do about a refund. They called me the next day and told me he would refund me some of the cost since alignment checks are not free. I will choose not to go back to this location since it took 3 visits to get this “right”. I was an ASE technician; if you do this to one person you most likely pad the bills of many. I really liked and trusted this place and have not gone anywhere else since this location opened. Even though I caught all the problems and was not over charged in the end, a dishonest or incompetent place is not worth my time and should not be trusted with my safety.
