We went to Nova Motors after searching for a car for two weeks all the way south as Petersburg,Va and as north as Silver Spring, Md! We had pretty much settled on a car that we really did not want for a price that we did not want to pay but something told us to stop back by Nova motors to see what Omar could work up. I dropped my fiancé off and actually went to see a few more cars until she called and told me to come back and see what they had on the table. We got the car we wanted three years newer than the model we wanted at another lot for over 6 grand cheaper!!! And not only that the service was top notch and everyone was very polite. We did have to provide allot of information but what do you expect in this day and age. They are protecting themselves from scam buyers just as we have to be leery of scam dealers which this is not one. And moreover than any of that the car is immaculate! Brand new tires clean leather and everything in working condition with two keys. Most lots get all their cars from auctions with things missing or dirty interiors and almost never two sets of keys and alarms. We are so happy with our Acura and the deal that we got for it and will definitely be purchasing more cars from Omar in the future!!!

I recently bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Nova-Motors. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction and am sure that I got a good deal. Omar assured me that if there were any issues that I should bring the car to him so that we could resolve them quickly. I am a very satisfied customer and have recommended them to my family and friends.

I have sorted out all my issues with the owner of Nova motors. He is a very helpful person and passionate about good customer service. It turned out to be a problem with his sales guy who is no more working for nova motors.
He understood my problems and provided service to resolve all the problems.

Mr Soto bought the car with no warranty "as is" and singned the warranty papers with no warranty. And the next day he came back and said that the check engine lght is on and even tough the car was sold as is we installed a 02 sensor at no cost, and third day, Mr Soto came and said that he took the car to another shop and the engine is not good, We asked Mr Soto to bring the car back so we will test it to see what is wrong, he refused to bring the car to Nova Motors for our inspection and demanded money back, which at that point we advised Mr Soto that he bought the car as is and if he likes to bring the car back to our shop to see if there is something wrong with the engine we will try to help him. But Mr Soto did not bring the car for our inspection, Mr Soto drove the car two times before he purchased it and if the engine would have had problems he would have noticed it when he test drove the car.
